Maidevil Quiroz Receives the Latin Business Award for Her Impact on Latino Digital Entrepreneurship

In June 2025, Maidevil Quiroz was honored in Miami with the prestigious Latin Business Award, a distinction that recognizes business leaders whose careers exemplify innovation, resilience, and social contribution in the world of commerce.

With more than two decades of experience in training and entrepreneurial leadership, Quiroz has transformed the digital commerce landscape through highly effective mentorship programs. Her TopSeller methodology and the educational membership The Seller Club have been implemented by hundreds of entrepreneurs to launch and scale online businesses on platforms such as Amazon, yielding measurable results that surpass $10 million in cumulative sales.

The Latin Business Award, presented by the U.S.-based organization of the same name, highlights the role of entrepreneurs who not only achieve success in their own ventures but also multiply that impact by guiding others. In Quiroz’s case, her commitment to business education has particularly benefited Spanish-speaking communities seeking to enter the digital economy with accessible resources and sustainable strategies.

“This award represents the collective effort of all the people who have trusted our vision and methodology to build ethical, profitable businesses adapted to today’s challenges,” Quiroz stated during the ceremony.

Through her programs, more than 90% of participants have successfully launched their own online stores, generated their first streams of income, and, in many cases, exceeded the earnings they once had in traditional jobs. Additionally, over 70% of her students are women, many of whom have found in e-commerce a way to generate income without compromising their family presence.

The recognition also underscored the human-centered mission driving Quiroz’s work: democratizing access to business knowledge, promoting financial freedom, and strengthening families through digital entrepreneurship.
