PANORAMA 2025: The Summit Empowering Latino Entrepreneurship in the Cleaning Industry

From May 14 to 16, 2025, Miami will host PANORAMA 2025, the national conference for Latino business owners in the U.S. cleaning industry. Officially announced in Press Bulletin No. 1, the event is positioned as one of the most important gatherings in the sector to strengthen Latino entrepreneurship.

Following the success of the 2024 edition, this new installment expands its scope, offering a hybrid format —in-person in Miami and with live streaming— and promises to provide attendees with practical tools to transform their businesses into sustainable and prosperous companies.

More than a conference, PANORAMA 2025 is defined as a space for empowerment, built on three core pillars:

  • Cleaning: Strategies to launch, operate, and scale a successful cleaning business.
  • Freedom: Keys to building a flexible and remote business model.
  • Legacy: Creating sustainable companies that generate positive impact on families and communities.

Over the course of three days, attendees will participate in hands-on workshops, inspiring keynotes, and networking sessions, designed to connect them with key suppliers and allow them to learn directly from leading figures in the industry.

Among the confirmed speakers are Latino entrepreneurs who have overcome major challenges and built high-impact companies, including:

  • Yanet Pajaro, founder of Clean Ready Miami
  • Ismael Martínez, CEO of Zebra Cleaning
  • Ricky Regalado, CEO of Route Platform
  • Aidair Tineo, CEO of Doctora Esencial
  • Samuel Klein, founder of Cleaning in Motion

These speakers will share real experiences and actionable strategies, aiming to inspire other entrepreneurs to scale their businesses in a competitive market like the United States.

The event is led by Juan Chaparro, CEO of Pipehire and founder of Gmaids, and Karen La Spina, both committed to strengthening the Latino business ecosystem in the country. As Chaparro stated, “As Latinos, we know that starting a business in the U.S. comes with challenges, but also with opportunities. This event is our response to the need for training, community, and sustainable growth.”

PANORAMA 2025 will also feature guests such as Christian Cevallos, Commissioner of Miami-Dade County, and Lina Escobar, an immigration attorney, who will offer valuable perspectives for the holistic development of Latino entrepreneurs.

Registration is now open, and sponsorship opportunities are available for brands seeking to connect with a key audience within the cleaning industry. Whether attending in person or virtually, the event’s objective is clear: to drive the growth of Latino-owned businesses that are building a future, generating employment, and creating legacy across the United States.
